"Great to do business with. Consulted with Brandon on new riding mower. He gave me the pros and cons of several models. The shop even gave me information on low or no cost financing. For these reasons, I prefer to work with a family-owned business for their sales and service.
Finally purchased the new mower, and Duvalls delivered it off along with instructions and new owner training from AJ. I'm just getting the hang of it now, but I should be a very competent after a few uses. The shop promises late fall pick up and maintenance, which I like about purchasing locally over a "big-box" store. Many thanks"

Cannot recommend Duvall's enough
"Cannot recommend Duvall’s enough. Service is exceptional. Used them for years to repair my old Husqvarna zero turn and everything was fairly priced and they won’t jip you or try to sell you any extra stuff. All staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and they all pretty much do everything. Brandon sold me my new Gravley ZTHD 60, which was the perfect fit for me. With only 7.5 hrs on it, one of the spindles locked up. Called first thing in the morning and by lunch time, Brandon came to my house, diagnosed the problem, took it back to replace the spindle and had it dropped back off and it’s working perfectly no charge. Really great business with ridiculously good customer service."
